"Worth It for My Own Peace of Mind"
I used realauthentication for a bag I was feeling unsure about, it felt worth it. I’m particular about what I spend money on, especially with designer items, so paying a fair price to avoid a bad purchase made sense to me.
The result didn’t come back instantly, but it was still within a reasonable timeframe. The report was straightforward and easy to understand, which I appreciated. I’d use them again, though I do wish a few of the add-ons were a little less expensive

"Honestly, I’m Not Fully Sold"
I don’t know, something about it just felt a little off to me. At first I was like, okay maybe it’s fine, but the more I used it the more I started second-guessing it. Then again, maybe I’m being dramatic. Actually no, it still felt kinda sketchy, tbh.

"Support took forever to get back to me"
The service did work in the end, but getting help from support was way slower than it should’ve been. I had to sit around waiting and then follow up myself just to get a response. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what they charge, I expected a lot quicker help. whoever runs this needs to sort out their support process.

I did get the result in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But the turnaround took longer than I expected, and it felt like I was just left sitting there waiting while nothing moved. Maybe I was unlucky, but it was a bit frustrating. Not terrible overall, just slower than I hoped.

Trying to upload my photo was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, the upload kept failing, and the whole process made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. I just wanted to submit a simple photo and move on.

I really liked how clear the order status was the whole time. I could just check where things were at without having to email anyone like, where is it?? The updates were simple, not confusing at all, and I got everything when I expected. No complaints from me.

I had a harder time with the order form than I expected. Maybe I missed something, but whoever set it up didn’t make it very clear. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but ordering should’ve been a lot quicker and easier than this.

"Certificate seemed okay at first, then not so much"
I got my certificate and at first I was like, okay cool, this looks decent. But after looking closer, it didn’t really make me feel any more confident. The details were basic, and when I reached out to support, the answers felt kind of vague. So yeah, I wanted to like it, but it ended up feeling a bit underwhelming.

I used realauthentication.com and overall it was fine. They do cover a lot of the big designer bag brands, which was helpful, but when I started looking for a few smaller brands and different item types, they weren’t really there. So it worked for what I needed partly, but... I just wish the category options were a bit broader
